Frequently Asked Questions

 1. Are all of the products original?

We take great pride in our number 1 policy, which is to only retail original, official products, and we have dedicated staff to ensure that every single product is approved as authentic before listing. We do not sell any unofficial garments, and we only sell official reproductions if it is very clearly stated.

 

2. How do I know the condition of the shirts?

Because all of our products are original, they are vintage (pre-owned). This means that most of the products have been pre-worn. Each specific item has its own individual condition details. We describe each and every product with as much detail as possible, highlighting any defects clearly in the item description, and usually supporting this with a photo. 

We grade the condition of each product on a rating out of 10 (with 10/10 meaning Mint condition).

Products may also have the following grades:
BNIB - Brand New in Box
BNWT - Brand New with Tags
w/Tags- Original Tags present (If any defects, these will be described thoroughly)

 

3. Can I sell my shirts to Greatest Kits?

Yes you can! Please drop an email to theteam@greatestkits.com or alternatively whatsapp +44(0)7808888075 with a detailed description of the products, with attached photos of each item. 

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. 

 

4. How long should I expect to wait to receive my item(s) after placing an order?

All Items will be dispatched within 2 working days after the order has been received. 

UK addresses- 1-2 working days after the order has been dispatched
European addresses: 3-7 days after the order has been dispatched
Rest of World addresses: 5-7 days after the order has been dispatched

 

5. Can I return my item(s)?

We offer a 14 day returns policy as long as the item is in its original condition and is accompanied with the invoice included. All items must be sent back via a signed for delivery method. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received back by us. Returns are at the cost of the buyer. Please email us before returning the item. Email: theteam@greatestkits.com
